United Kingdom Family Visa

Apply to the EU Settlement Scheme (settled and pre-settled status)

If you are an EU, EEA or Swiss citizen, you and your family can apply to the EU Settlement Scheme to continue living in the UK after 30 June 2021. You can also apply if you are the family member of an eligible person of the Northern Ireland. ILP Immigration experts invest their experience and knowledge in handling your case and improve your application possibilities to get succeeded.

If your application is successful, you’ll get either settled or pre-settled status.

The EEA includes the EU countries and also Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway. You may be able to stay in the UK without applying - for example, if you’re an Irish citizen or already have indefinite leave to remain.

ILP immigrations experts apply yours ‘UK permanent residence document’ (sometimes called a ‘document certifying permanent residence’) if you’re from the EU, EEA or Switzerland. You do not need to apply for a permanent residence document. However, if you do, and your application is successful, you can use it to:

  • Apply for British citizenship
  • Sponsor your partner’s visa application
Intra-company Transfer visa (Tier 2)

ILP immigration experts apply your Tier 2 (Intra-company Transfer) visa if:

  • Your overseas employer has offered you a role in a UK branch of the organisation
  • You’re from outside the European Economic Area (EEA) and Switzerland
  • You meet the other eligibility requirements

You need to be employed by a licensed sponsor to apply to live in the UK. Your sponsor checks that you can do the job they’re hiring you for and if it qualifies you for a visa. They’ll assign you a certificate of sponsorship to prove this.
They must also give you other information you need when you apply, for example how much you’ll be paid.
